Simple CSS + Javascript menu, using Jquery. Try switching off Javascript and refreshing the page; you should still be able to use the menu! Good for accessibility.
This particular implementation isn't so good for usability; I wouldn't normally recommend hiding your navigation - it won't encourage users to move through your site. This is purely a demonstration of a concept.
